Q1:Can i get artificial flowers samples from your company for free?

A  :Free sample is available.But if you want more sample,we have to charge you.

Q2:Can i make my own designs?

A  :We customize a lot of new products,according to your designs,pictures or even your idea.We create new samples for free!

Q3:How much time to make these?

A  :Normally only one or two days to make samples,production takes no more than 1 week if the color was not too much complicated.

Q4:How to transport it?

A  :Usually by ship.if less than one CBM,we suggest air freight.A full container is the best,because boxes for these products are normally big.

Q5:How can we check the goods are all well before package and shipping?

A  :Before shipping,we will send pictures to you .And check everyting is ok,then we pack and ship.This is our responsibility to every customer.We also support third-party audits.
